Japp det är löst, det finns en bugg malloc i den version av gcc som arduino IDEn använder så genom att se till att återanvända arrayer etc samt se till att inte ha för mycket långa strängar i koden så har jag fått en väldigt stabil version. Kört ett par veckor utan problem. Så de problem som kvarstår nu är;

- få till en korrekt omvandling mellan antalet pulser från vindmätaren till vindhastighet.
- drift via batteri och solcell

Har du löst problemet med omstarten ? Det kan mycket väl bero på att du skriver över stacken när du tar emot data. Detta gör att MCUn tappar bort sig.

Om du inte har en debugger där du kan sätta brytpunkter och övervaka (stack)pekare kan du använda lediga GPIO for att tala om när du går in och ur interrupt, läser skriver etc. Det påverkar inte timing lika mycket som att göra utskrifter.

Hej Magnus! Vet inte varför men missade totalt när jag beställde från Classe att den var trådlös, det var inte alls planerat och som du skriver, inte alls praktiskt. Jag trodde faktiskt att det satt en RJ kontakt på den så blev förvånad när jag packa upp:) Men 245 kr är ju inte hela världen.

Såg igår de där du länkar till. Aah så de är de du använder. Det blir till att beställa dem direkt så har jag något att komma igång med och tillräckligt billigt att blåsa/frysa sönder:)

Har fått lite svar idag, men det får bli ett eget inlägg.

Tjena Kalle! Kul att du kommit igång med bygget. Kan tipsa om att Classe även säljer trådbaserade vindgivare för en billig slant, kolla in http://www.clasohlson.se/Produ... (skrolla ner till botten, där finns reservdelarna). För WindWiz använder jag en vindhast. och en vindrikt. givare. De är enkla att jobba med och kommer i form av en RJ11-kabel där 2 ledare går till rikt och 2 till hastighet.

Jag övervägde också trådlöst i början med tyckte det blev för mycket meck med dubbel strömförsörjning och dessutom fler komponenter som kan paja. Om man ändå inte skall använda radiodelen utan jacka in sig rakt på serieport kan man likna gärna använda den enklare trådburna modellen (min åsikt).

My e-mail address is jgp75271@juno.com. I purchased a 'Mini PIC Programmer' from Kipa through eBay several years ago and never got around to trying it until just recently. I should say that I down loaded the icprog from the then Kipa web site. I do not not which software option that I should use (ie JDM programmer --- there are other options, though). It seems that my problem lies in which programmer option I should use. There may be other problems, but for now, this seems to be the one that counts. I should also say that the version that I have plugs into the printer port. Can anybody help?

I'm not really sure it's waterproof in the sense you can submerge it, but as most mobile phone lenses today its enough sealed to withstand a water droplet. It has to be, or else all our pocket fluff would quickly clog it up:-)

I recognize what you write and for me it even turned into that I stopped post pictures to my photoblog :-) It took way to much time compared what it gave back. And I get much better and constructive feedback by meeting up with local photographers and tips from listening to podcasts.

I like the simplicity of your "Two Skiers" composition.

I fiddled tediously with HTML and CSS for ages before deciding that life was too short to spend hours managing my own photoblog. Now I pay an annual subscription to TypePad and I can just get on with the fun of making pictures.

Thanks for pointing me to your fascinating technique via Instructables messaging, Karl-Petter. I had no idea that the iPhone lens was designed to be waterproof. The history of optics includes water droplets but I bet they never imagined we'd still be finding a use for them in 2010.

Right now I'm running on only one share and it seems to be enough, I notice a slight improvement if I add one more but not drastically. What is your impression of the speed of surfing the blog here? Does it feell responsive and quick?

And if you go to http://www.yelloworb.com/priva... and compare the load speed of those static pages there?

Personally I would want it a bit faster, and right now I think its the SPAM filter for the mail that is the main issue, so considering moving the mail into its own server and keep the web on one, but feels a bit too expansive to have to shares.

To make ringtones for your iphone, the easiest way is to get an iphone ringtone maker. i always use imtoo iphone ringtone maker. it can create iphone ringtones from almost all video/audio sources.

I initially had the same problem.....not syncing the flash with the unit. If you set the camera to slave flash as is possible with the Olympus digital sp5590-UZ then the HAMA sensor works great.

Hi,

I started out but the memory on the pic was a bit too limited to fit it all in one go so that stalled me a bit, then I tried to just get the serial communication working and it didn't and I gave up for time being. Haven't had that much time to put into it lately either... but maybe later this autumn or we meet up some weekend and have a small espresso workshop:-)

Well,

Did you get anywhere closer to monitor your coffee machine?
I am thinking about tweaking mine, as there are a couple of annoying steps I've got to take every morning.

1) Turn on the box
2) Wait until the water heater is up to speed (25 seconds waiting)
3) Run the cleaning program (20 seconds)

What I would like to do, is to automatically turn on the machine at a certain time in the morning, if certain criterias are met (like, I am home and it is a week day), and have it ready to pop a coffee shot at will.

For this I would have to send a signal to two different buttons on the machine, and monitor one LED output (basic operations), perhaps monitor 4 LED outputs.

Skoj att du hittar både rolig och nyttig information! I vinter blir det tyvärr inte lika stora vinteräventyr även om jag börjar längta tillbaka ordentligt. Vintern(våren snarare) här hjälper ju inte direkt till och hålla tillbaka suget heller:-)

Brukar titta in på din blog ibland efter dina vinteräventyr ifjol. Tackar för ipeng tipset. Har sedan länge tre Squeezboxar som oftast strömmar Pandora. Jag har desutom en iTouch som legat och skräpat, men nu har jag fått den perfekta fjärrkontrollen. Allt fungerade omdelbart utan problem.
